1. What we sell
Instapass sells digital goods only: licence keys and activation links for software, subscriptions and invites. Nothing is shipped physically. Each product page states what the licence unlocks, for how long, and any regional or edition restrictions.
2. Ordering and delivery
You provide an email address at checkout. Your licence key or activation link is emailed to that address automatically once payment is confirmed. Where activation is performed on our side, it is completed within 45 minutes of payment. You are responsible for entering a correct, working email address; if you mistype it, contact us and we will resend or refund.
3. Payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Crypto payments are delivered after the required network confirmations. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us before opening a chargeback: we refund in full on request, which is faster for you.
4. Licence terms are per product
A licence key or activation link gives you the right to use the underlying software or service under the licence terms of its publisher, not ours. Those terms, including device limits, duration and permitted use, are set by the publisher and linked from each product page. We do not grant any rights beyond them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell licences purchased here without written permission, share one licence across more users than its terms allow, use stolen payment methods, or attempt to obtain licences through automated abuse of the checkout. We may cancel orders and revoke licences where we reasonably suspect any of this.
6. Refunds
If there is any issue with your order, you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Contact support with your order number and the refund is returned to the original payment method. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for changes a publisher makes to its software or service after your purchase.
8. Your data
We store the email address you give us, the order details and the licence key or activation link we sent, for as long as needed to provide support and meet accounting rules. We do not sell this data.
