Access and activation
Are these private or shared accounts?
We provide legitimate access for your own use on the email or login you supply. Tools are private and are not shared accounts unless the product page explicitly says otherwise. An offering labelled “Shared access” is an exception; check its details before ordering.
How is my tool activated?
Use the email you want linked to the tool at checkout. After payment is confirmed, we email your activation link or instructions. The product page shows the plan, duration and activation requirements supplied for that offering. We never ask for your tool-account password at checkout.
Do I need to log in or create an account here?
No account is required. Use 1-click checkout with your activation email. A phone number is optional for renewal contact. We keep the order information needed for activation, support and refunds, but do not monitor how you use your third-party tool account.
Can I still see tools that are out of stock?
Yes. “Currently out of stock” means the offering is listed but cannot be purchased at present. “Price on request” means a price has not yet been set. Check the product details or contact us for an update.
Payments and renewals
How do payments work?
Choose an available transfer or Binance option at checkout. Receiving instructions appear after you confirm the order. Activation follows payment verification. We do not accept cards or store a payment method.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
No automatic payment is taken. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva and any other offering labelled “Renewal available” can be continued for another term. If you opt in to renewal contact and provide a phone number, we will ask whether you want to continue. You confirm and transfer the funds again using the same payment method as your initial order.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code at checkout. The offer states the minimum number of different products or basket value needed to qualify. Eligible percentage discounts apply to current basket prices. Multiple copies of one product count once; the promotional code does not combine with other coupons.
Guarantee and support
What if my activation does not work?
Your order is covered by our money-back guarantee. Any issue with your order: a full refund, no questions asked. Contact us with your order number. If you prefer a working replacement, tell us and we will help where one is available. Refund timing depends on the original payment method.
