Information you provide
We collect your activation email and order details, including the tools, prices, payment method and payment status. A phone number is optional. If you choose renewal contact, we record that choice so we can ask whether you want another term. Support requests and payment references may also be kept with the order.
How we use this information
We use it to send activation links or instructions, verify payment, help with your order, arrange refunds and contact you about renewal if you opted in. We do not create a website account for you or monitor your use of third-party tool accounts. We do not ask for your tool-account password at checkout.
Payments
Payments are made by an available transfer or Binance method. We do not accept cards, save a payment method or automatically debit renewals. Your payment provider handles the information you give it; we keep the references and confirmation needed to reconcile your order.
Site operation and service providers
WooCommerce uses necessary cart and checkout cookies. Hosting systems may keep technical logs for operation and security. Services used to host the shop, send order emails, process your chosen payment or activate your selected tool may receive the information necessary for those tasks.
Records and requests
Order and support information is retained as needed for fulfilment, refunds and record keeping. You can ask what information we hold, request a correction, withdraw renewal-contact consent or request deletion. Some order records may need to be retained.
