The whole policy in one line: if there is any issue with your order, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
What counts as an issue
Anything. The licence key or activation link did not arrive, it does not work, it is the wrong edition or region, activation took longer than 45 minutes, or you simply changed your mind. You do not need to explain, prove or screenshot anything.
How to request a refund
- Find your order number in the confirmation email.
- Message @AJNF48 on Telegram with the order number and the word "refund". That is all we need.
- We confirm by reply the same day and issue the refund immediately.
How long it takes
The timing of a refund depends on the payment method used. Contact us on Telegram with your order number so we can confirm the process for your order.
Prefer a replacement?
If you would rather have a working licence key or activation link than your money back, say so in your support message. Where a replacement is available we send it straight away; if not, we refund.
Undelivered orders
If you paid and nothing arrived within 45 minutes (and it is not in your spam folder), contact us. We resend it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have in your country of residence.
